DIY table saw
If I ever did this again I would make sure to have more and better tools. This is one of the examples where we macgyvered our own solution.
Using our home made table saw we made the bottom molding
First set of trim work. The taped peaces are being held on with liquid nails.
The light made with some post toppers
Both of us forgot to take photos of the top being built out. Here it is before it got paint and trim.
First coat of paint. After dozens of failed experiments with paints, we landed on using used Honda Electron Blue Pearl. $90 worth of spray cans from the local auto parts store.
Testing buttons
Masking off plexiglass to paint on boarders
Masking to spray a layer of black gloss on the back
Painting a layer of frosted white then white gloss.
Mounting windows. We used too much glue!!
We tried to disguise the shape the best we could
