Firewatch

Firewatch
Firewatch is a mystery set in the Wyoming wilderness, where your only emotional lifeline is the person on the other end of a handheld radio. The Visuals are absolutely stunning. http://www.firewatchgame.com

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
Witcher goes to Skyrim bacially. It is very, very highly anticipated. 100+ hours of promised gameplay, insane visuals, and a deep story make this a must-have. http://thewitcher.com/witcher3/#home

Hyper Light Drifter

Hyper Light Drifter
If you haven’t heard of this title then I’d suggest you do some reading. It is a very successful kick-started game and has an extremely promising hyprid “diablo meets Zelda” type of play style. Plus, who doesn’t love a bit of retro graphics? (pun intended) http://www.heart-machine.com

No Man’s Sky

No Man's Sky
Minecraft on steroids mixed with endless space exploration. Definitely my #1 right now. FPS, spaceships, biomes, animals, planets, mining, fighting…DO IT ALL! http://www.no-mans-sky.com/about/

Beyond Eyes

A gorgeous game where you guide a blind girl through an unfamiliar world, revealing it through touch, scent and sound. http://www.beyondeyes-game.com/home/4578546094

Minecraft: Story Time

Minecraft: Story Time
Telltale games is doing a (i believe to be free) add-on to the minecraft universe to add a bit of storyline to the blocky world. http://minecraftstorymode.org

Chambara

Chambara
If you enjoyed the visual stylings of Samurai Jack as a child, I’d give this game a gander. I believe the beta is currently open to try. http://www.chambaragame.com

SOMA

SOMA
Alien abduction meets Saw meets Amnesia. From the dev’s of Amnesia (which is a survival-horror genre for those who don’t know) the game preview gives a peek into the survival of the protagonist through a few horrifying-looking chambers and alien-tentacle-thingies. http://www.somagame.com/index.html

Homefront: The Revolution

Homefront: The Revolution
Continues where the original Homefront left off, still fighting off the Koreans. The first game had an excellent method of telling their story, I hope this game continued that same emotional method. http://homefront-game.com

Just Cause 3

Just Cause 3
(I believe this is a screenshot from JC2) Taking back the reins of Rico you head over to the mediterranean to topple another dictator, grapple and all. Happy plane surfing! https://www.justcause.com/about

Kingdom Come: Deliverance

Kingdom Come: Deliverance
“REALISTIC OPEN WORLD FIRST PERSON MEDIEVAL RPG” Making a name for themselves by focusing on the realism of combat and the tiny details that make a game feel real, this studio crowdfunded their game successfully and have a later release date set. It is definitely worth looking at, even if you don’t fancy yourself a medieval era aficionado. https://www.kingdomcomerpg.com

Pillars of Eternity

Pillars of Eternity
Are you a child of the true 90’s? Do you love DnD styled games? Did you play the original Baldur’s Gate and beat it with every race and class??! Then it’s time for a bit of the rough and tumble, fellow gamer. In their own words: “Eternity will take the central hero, memorable companions and the epic exploration of Baldur’s Gate, add in the fun, intense combat and dungeon diving of Icewind Dale, and tie it all together with the emotional writing and mature thematic exploration of Planescape: Torment.” https://eternity.obsidian.net/game

Star Wars: Battlefront

Star Wars: Battlefront
Hell, It’s about time. Yeah, we all hate EA with a burning passion; but, damnit if they aren’t sitting on some of the most profitable and desired IP in the industry. Yeah, they killed Star Wars 1313, and I’ll never forgive them for that, but there’s no reason to pass on what could be the best game they’ve put out in decades. http://starwars.ea.com/battlefront
They didn’t have any official screenshots, so I had to improvise from the E3 teaser
Forest moon? or Big Basin, CA?

Human Element

Human Element
After civilization has collapsed by a Zombie outbreak (what else?) you must rebuild. The FPS gameplay mixed with vehicles and other mechanics make this a very fast-pasted multiplayer shooter. Kind of has the TF2 charm. http://robotoki.com/humanelement

Tom Clancy’s: The Division

Tom Clancy's: The Division
IN THE WAKE OF A DEVASTATING PANDEMIC THAT SWEEPS THROUGH NEW YORK CITY, BASIC SERVICES FAIL ONE BY ONE, AND WITHOUT ACCESS TO FOOD OR WATER, THE CITY QUICKLY DESCENDS INTO CHAOS. http://tomclancy-thedivision.ubi.com/game/en-US/media/screens/index.aspx

Mario Maker

Mario Maker
I REALLY wish they would bring this to mobile, but we all know how Nintendo is >.>. Anyway, this is pretty self-explanitory: make Mario levels and play/share them! Nintendo embracing the modding communities. Who knew! http://e3.nintendo.com/games/wiiu/mario-maker/

Quantum Break

Quantum Break
I’ve been waiting for this game since it was teases along the XBONE many years ago. Since then it’s been in continued development. The game uses an interesting time mechanic, as well as a fusion of dramatic cut-scenes (which are real-life, not only CGI) and innovative gameplay. It was really the game that sold me on the XBONE (though I’m a primarily a PC gamer).

Mortal Kombat X

Mortal Kombat X
Fatalities so gory you’ll need to stock your room with tampons. http://www.mortalkombat.com/en/

We Happy Few

We Happy Few
Bioshock meets a drug-ruled 60’s-era England. From the dev behind Contrast. http://compulsiongames.com/en/10/we-happy-few

The Legend of Zelda

The Legend of Zelda
This game needs no explanation. Buy it or else.
